The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Baghdad, led by Prof. Sabah Qasim Khalaf, welcomed a group of postgraduate students from the College of Basic Education at the University of Diyala as part of an academic visit aimed at strengthening cooperation and exchanging expertise between the two institutions.
The program included a tour of the college’s laboratories and scientific facilities, where students learned about the latest equipment and technologies used in sports sciences. Faculty specialists also provided explanations on research methodologies and the measurement and evaluation techniques applied in postgraduate research.
The visit further featured a joint discussion session that explored current trends in sports research and highlighted the importance of academic integration among Iraqi universities to enhance educational and research outcomes.
At the conclusion of the visit, the guests expressed their appreciation for the warm reception and excellent organization, noting that the experience enriched their knowledge and expanded their academic perspectives. The College affirmed its continued commitment to supporting academic cooperation with Iraqi institutions to promote high-quality education and research.
