The first focused on a detailed theoretical explanation of the most recent approved amendments to futsal laws, highlighting key changes and their impact on refereeing and technical aspects of the game. The second theme included the presentation of applied video clips illustrating various refereeing situations, aiming to strengthen practical understanding and link theory with on-field application.
The workshop was delivered by international referee Dr. Hassan Mohammed Al-Jubouri, Prof. Faris Sami Yousif Malik, Dr. Kholoud Jumaa Qasim, and Assistant Lecturer Taiba Salim Abdul Majeed, who provided in-depth explanations supported by practical examples and interactive discussions.
The workshop reflects the college’s commitment to keeping pace with legal developments in sports and enhancing refereeing and technical awareness among faculty members and students.
