PhD Dissertation Discusses the Role of the Organizational Environment and Its Relationship with Change Management for Physical Education Supervisors in Baghdad
A PhD dissertation by Nadia Nouri Mohammed was discussed at the College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences, University of Baghdad. The dissertation, titled “The Role of the Organizational Environment and Its Relationship with Change Management for Physical Education Supervisors in Baghdad from the Perspective of Teachers,” falls within the field of Sports Management.

The study aimed to develop and validate scales for the organizational environment and change management among physical education supervisors and to assess their levels and interrelation from the perspective of physical education teachers. The researcher employed a descriptive survey method on a randomly selected sample of physical education teachers actively working in primary schools during the 2022/2023 academic year.
The study concluded that enhancing the organizational environment for educational supervisors in physical education is essential for improving their change management skills. Furthermore, physical education teachers in Baghdad reported significant organizational reforms that contribute to better change management among supervisors, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goal of quality education.
