The men’s and women’s volleyball teams of University of Baghdad began their participation in the Iraqi Universities Volleyball Championship in Mosul with two impressive opening victories at the courts of the Northern Technical University.
In the women’s competition, the University of Baghdad secured a well-deserved win over University of Al-Qadisiyah by two sets to none, delivering a strong and organized performance throughout the match.
In the men’s competition, the team continued the successful start by defeating National University of Science and Technology with the same scoreline, showing excellent teamwork and strong technical readiness.
These results mark a promising start for the university’s teams, reflecting their ambition to continue winning and compete strongly for the championship title.
