The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at University of Baghdad signed a scientific twinning agreement with Al-Naji Private University on March 17, 2026, aiming to strengthen academic and scientific cooperation between the two institutions.
The agreement was signed by the Dean of the College, Prof. Sabah Qasim Khalaf, and the Assistant President of Al-Naji Private University for Administrative Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sarmad Fouad, in the presence of members of the College Council and representatives from Al-Naji Private University.
The agreement seeks to promote the exchange of academic and research expertise, develop curricula, and organize joint workshops and seminars, in addition to supporting student and sports activities. Both parties emphasized that this partnership represents an important step toward academic openness and improving the quality of education, as well as keeping pace with modern developments in the field of sports sciences.
This initiative reflects the commitment of both institutions to expanding cooperation with educational organizations and enhancing academic and research standards.
