The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Prof. Sabah Qasim Khalaf, received the President of the Iraqi Football Association, Captain Adnan Darjal, to discuss the Dream project. The meeting was attended by Dr. Wisam Najib Sliwah, Head of the Technical Committee in the Association, Mr. Hassan Hassan, Representative of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA), and Mr. Carlos Rodríguez, Executive Director of the Dream project.
A field tour was conducted to discuss the Dream project for youth categories, which is affiliated with the Iraqi Football Association. The visit focused on utilizing the available infrastructure at the college, including stadiums and halls, for the project’s implementation. The initiative aims to achieve a significant qualitative leap in the technical development of football players in the near future. Additionally, it seeks to engage the college’s academic staff in supervising the project.
