The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at the University of Baghdad, Prof. Sabah Qasim Khalaf, welcomed the President of the Iraqi Football Association, Captain Adnan Darjal, accompanied by Dr. Wissam Najeeb (Chairman of the Technical and Development Committee), Carlos Rodriguez (Technical Director of the Association), and Borja Garcia (Player Development Manager).
The delegation toured the college’s fields and halls to assess their suitability for hosting future training sessions for the national teams’ age categories. The college boasts exemplary facilities, including sports fields, a swimming pool, and state-of-the-art halls.
At the end of the visit, the President of the Iraqi Football Association expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the college administration for hosting training courses for coaches and accommodating the training needs of national teams and sports clubs.
