As part of the activities of the Theoretical Sciences Department, in cooperation with the English Language Committee, a seminar entitled (Pollution, its types, and its impact on the environment) was organized on Monday, corresponding to (3/27/2023), in the Graduate Studies Hall for Masters. The first seminar was held from (9-11) and the second from (11:30-1:00). The seminars included a presentation defining pollution and its various types of water, air and sound pollution. Each student reviewed one of the pollution axes. The biggest pollution incidents that affected humanity, such as Chernobyl, wars, oil spills, and pollution caused by medical drugs, were also discussed. The seminars concluded with a presentation of ways to treat each type of pollution and our role in preserving our beautiful planet.
