On Sunday, November 10, 2024, the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Baghdad hosted a workshop titled “Academic Quality Management According to International Standards,” organized by the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology at the Ministry of Planning on the occasion of World Quality Day. The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of quality assurance in the educational process, which paves the way for obtaining international accreditation programs in scientific and humanities disciplines in Iraqi universities. It also addressed Iraq’s vision for the Sustainable Development Goals for 2030.
This workshop is part of the efforts by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the University of Baghdad to enhance academic performance within the quality assurance departments of both public and private universities and colleges.
