The University of Baghdad futsal team achieved a well-deserved victory over the University of Al-Farahidi team, winning 3-2 in the Iraqi Universities Championship – Central Region. The match was held at the indoor sports hall of Al-Mustansiriyah University, College of Basic Education, with participation from more than 30 public and private universities.
The University of Baghdad team delivered an impressive offensive performance, scoring three goals against the University of Al-Farahidi in an exciting match that saw remarkable displays by the players, contributing to this important win.
The University of Baghdad team comprised 15 players from various faculties within the university and was led by coaches from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences: Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Saad Abdulhameed and Assistant Coach Dr. Samer Saad.
