The researcher used a descriptive survey method and developed a scale to measure transformational and dynamic leadership within administrative bodies.

The findings showed a significant positive correlation between transformational leadership and dynamic capabilities from the perspective of football coaches in Iraqi elite and star leagues. Key recommendations include focusing on enhancing the mental and psychological skills of administrative members and developing their dynamic capabilities to contribute to the success of football administration.
