At the University of Basrah/ College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Saad Abdul Hamid, a faculty member at our college, participated in the discussion of the Ph.D. thesis by researcher Ammar Jabbar on Monday, September 9, 2024. The thesis is titled “The Role of Ethical Leadership Principles in Enhancing the Performance of Administrative and Educational Duties for Scout Leaders in Schools and Camps.”
