Mr. Yousif Khadem Al Rubai is awarded Asian training certificate level (A) in soccer during a training course held by the Iraqi Football Association under the supervisor of the Asian Federation. The training course, led by the international lecturer Fejer Ibrahim and the participation of (24) coaches, consisted of theoretical lecture, practical application for 30 days and at the end of the course all participants were awarded participation certificates
