The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at University of Baghdad discussed a Master’s thesis by student Issam Imad Abdulqahhar titled: “The Effect of Exercises Using Aquafit Board and Waterbag on Leg Muscle Balance, Some Biomechanical Variables, and Shooting Skill Performance in Futsal Players.”
The study aimed to examine leg muscle balance, selected biomechanical variables, and shooting performance, as well as to design specialized exercises using the Aquafit Board and Waterbag to improve these variables. The researcher adopted an experimental method using experimental and control groups with pre- and post-tests.
The findings showed significant improvement in the studied variables among the experimental group, highlighting the effectiveness of diversified exercises and training environments in enhancing players’ performance.
The researcher recommended integrating Aquafit Board and Waterbag exercises into futsal training programs to improve player development and performance levels.
