Prof. Faleh Hashem Finjan, a faculty member at our College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences, delivered a lecture as part of the AFC C-Level Football Coaching Training Course. The program was organized by the Technical and Development Committee / Coach Education and Development Department of the Iraqi Football Association, under the supervision of the Asian Football Confederation.
His lecture covered key physical attributes including strength, speed, and endurance, and focused on how to regulate training load intensity by calculating partial intensity and determining the percentage of the training unit. The session also introduced the concept of physical fitness for youth players and methods for applying strength and speed exercises tailored to this age group.
This participation highlights the scientific and practical expertise of our faculty members in contributing to specialized and high-level coaching programs.
