The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at University of Baghdad discussed a Master’s thesis by student Christina Francis Yousif titled: “The Effect of Exercises Using Various Training Tools on Some Physical Abilities and Basic Skills of Female Futsal Players.”
The study aimed to design training exercises using various tools and examine their impact on improving selected physical abilities and basic futsal skills. The researcher adopted an experimental approach using equivalent experimental and control groups to achieve the study objectives.
The research sample included under-16 female players from the Al-Rusafa Second Education Team, with 13 participants involved in the study.
The findings showed that using diverse training tools was effective in developing physical abilities and essential skills by creating a dynamic training environment that simulated match situations from different positions and angles.
