Under the direct supervision of College Dean Prof. Sabah Qasim Khalaf, the college administration organized a large-scale tree planting campaign as part of the National Tree Planting Day celebrations. The initiative aimed to green and maintain the college gardens, preserve green spaces, and instill the principles of sustainable development. The campaign saw widespread participation from faculty, staff, and students, emphasizing the importance of increasing green areas and raising environmental awareness to improve the quality of campus life and contribute to a healthy environment. This initiative is part of the college’s strategy to enhance environmental activities, provide a healthy academic setting, and promote community engagement, aligning with Sustainable Development Goals related to climate action, sustainable cities and communities, and life on land.
