The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at University of Baghdad, Prof. Sabah Qasim Khalaf, congratulated Dr. Raad Khanjar Hamdan on his appointment as Chairman and Dr. Ahmed Khamis Radi as a member of the temporary committee of the Iraqi Handball Federation, wishing them success in their new responsibilities.
The Dean emphasized that this appointment represents an important step toward strengthening the development of handball in Iraq, noting that the current stage requires dedicated efforts and renewed vision to advance sports federations and improve their performance in line with international standards.
He added that the college takes pride in its academic staff for their active contributions to the sports sector, reflecting the institution’s role in serving society and supporting the development of youth and sports in Iraq.
