On Monday, May 26, 2025, the Dean of the College, Prof. Sabah Qasim Khalaf, participated in the opening of an exhibition showcasing artistic, scientific, and awareness-based activities. The event was organized by the Department of Theoretical Sciences in collaboration with several faculty members from the department, the English Language subject team, and distinguished first-year students. The event was also attended by the college’s assistant deans and heads of scientific departments.
The exhibition featured a variety of awareness posters on the Sustainable Development Goals, along with other diverse topics, in addition to handmade creative works produced by the students.
The exhibition drew significant engagement from students and visitors, who had the opportunity to learn about the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. This event is part of a series of initiatives organized by the college to promote student engagement and develop scientific and awareness-raising skills among students.
This initiative supports the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 Quality Education, Goal 12 Responsible Consumption and Production, and Goal 13 Climate Action by raising awareness, encouraging creative expression, and fostering student involvement in global sustainability efforts.
