In line with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s directives to enhance university leadership, the heads of divisions and administrative units at the College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences participated in a development and capacity-building program for university leadership and human resources. The program was organized by the University of Baghdad – Center for Continuing Education and included five training courses covering legal skills, personal skills, administrative skills, governance skills, and financial skills.
This participation reflects the college’s ongoing efforts to develop administrative staff and enhance their professional competencies. The training courses aim to foster the exchange of expertise with peers from similar educational institutions and to explore best modern administrative practices. The first round of the training program witnessed broad participation from various university departments.
This activity aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals: Quality Education, Decent Work and Economic Growth, and Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.
