Dr. Wissam Najeeb Esliwa, a faculty member in the Team Sports Department at our college, participated in the second phase of the Education Leaders and Coaches Development Workshop organized by the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) in the United Arab Emirates.
Dr. Wissam represented the Iraqi Football Association as the Director of the Education and Coaches Development Department. The workshop was attended by all directors of education and coach development for the FIFA Coaching Leaders Knowledge Program.
The workshop, held from January 24 to January 30, 2025, featured specialized lectures aimed at enhancing the educational process, improving educational pathways, and developing education leaders.
It is worth noting that FIFA’s Development Department directly supervises the Coaching Leaders Knowledge Program through the presence of workshop officials, including:
