Prof. Ammar Darwish Rasheed presented a seminar under the title The Balance of Diverse Training in Creating Optimal Adaptations”, held in the Theoretical Sciences Department. The seminar discussed the requirements of balancing training in terms of designing effective training and organizing the training processes in accordance with methodological concepts for the level of functional and physical adaptations and the intensity of performance according to specificity of practiced sports activity. Additionally, Prof. Ammar highlighted modern training trends based on the procedure of targeted adaptations for the muscular work. The seminar concluded with several outcomes: Tracking the athlete’s training condition ، ensuring performance Energy for ensuring performance vitality during and after athlete’s endeavor.
