A doctoral dissertation was discussed at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Baghdad. The dissertation was presented by the student Haider Radi Rahim, titled “Organizational Flexibility of the Iraqi National Olympic Committee and its Relationship with Creative Performance from the Perspective of the Administrative Institutions in the Sports Federations.” The dissertation falls under the specialty of “Tests and Measurements – Sports Management.” The discussion committee was composed of:

The researcher aimed to construct and validate a measure of organizational flexibility for the Iraqi National Olympic Committee from the perspective of the administrative bodies in the sports federations, and to construct and validate a measure of creative performance for the committee from the same perspective. Additionally, the study aimed to identify the levels of organizational flexibility and creative performance of the committee, and to explore the relationship between these two variables from the perspective of the administrative bodies in the sports federations.
