The dissertation explained how the leadership competencies help in discovering, supporting, and fostering the capacities, knowledge, and skills of the administrative organizations of sports clubs, enabling them to achieve a competitive advantage for the club. Additionally, the research aimed to understand the outstanding performance that reflects on the members of the administrative organizations.

The results of the study comprised a set of important conclusions: the most important of which is that the administrative organizations of sports clubs in the Premier League possess leadership competencies, outstanding performance, and decision-making capabilities in general. However, they face weaknesses in strategic vision and technological competencies. In terms of outstanding performance, there are weaknesses in the areas of human resources and innovation. In decision-making, there are weaknesses in data and information collection. There is a statistically significant relationship and contribution rate between leadership competencies and outstanding performance, as well as between leadership competencies and decision-making.
