The significance of the research lies in the researcher’s utilization of high-intensity special exercises in developing some physical abilities and achieving a 400-meter run for disabled individuals in categories (TCP 38-37-36). From the researcher’s observation as a national team player in the 400m event for the non-disabled and his proximity to disabled athletes, the research problem and objectives recognised the need to focus on exercises for physical abilities as they significantly contribute to athlete performance. After consulting with the supervisors and reviewing previous studies, the researcher noticed a lack of emphasis on high-intensity special exercises during the specific preparation period, leading to a weakness in athletes’ performance. Therefore, the researcher deemed to work with the study sample using a scientific approach by relying on high-intensity training exercises during the specific preparation period and their impact on the achievement level of the 400m run for disabled individuals in categories (TCP 38-37-36).
