The discussion was held in the presence of professor Dr. Sabah Qasem the dean of the college and the Dean’s Assistance for scientific affairs Dr. Mohammed Abdul Hussein. The study aimed at constructing scales for visionary leadership and organizational prosperity of athletic championships from coaches’ point of view. In addition to that, it aimed at identifying the relation between visionary leadership and organizational prosperity of athletic championships from coaches’ point of view. The researcher recommended encouraging freedom of speech and adaptation of new ideas as well as educating the Iraqi Athletics federation about visionary leadership. Finally, the researcher recommended applying these scales on other sport events held by other federations in addition to the consistence effort to increase coaches’ self – confidence by the Iraqi federation for athletics
