The study aims at identifying the level of flexibility of the spine, recognizing scientific, mechanical, and anatomical bases, developing the level of flexibility (motor ranges) of the spine by means of preventive exercises prepared and improving the muscular base of the muscles surrounding the spine (lumber strain) by means of preventive exercises for squash players Ages (17-19) years

The researcher applied the experimental design with one group for its suitability and the nature of the problem to be solved. The research sample consisted of (12) young players under 20 years old representing the Iraqi national team. They were selected intentionally and took some physical measurements to conduct the homogenization process. Nine field tests were conducted to  them at the stadiums of the University of Baghdad / College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences The researcher concluded that there are statistically significant differences for the preventive exercises prepared in the motor ranges, and some physical abilities of the lumbar strain of the squash players under 20 years old
