In presence of the Dean, professor Dr. Sabah Qasem, the dean’s assistant for scientific affairs professor Dr. Mohammed Abdul Hussein the discussion of the master student Kawther Abass Oied was held on Sunday 9/7/2023 under the supervision of Professor Dr. Israa Jemeel Hussein. The thesis entitled “the Effect of Exercises Using Proposed Device Shock waves In Rehabilitating Patients With Frozen Shoulder Aged 45 – 55 Years Old.” The study aimed at designing a device for treating frozen shoulder using shock waves as well as designing rehabilitation exercises using SW to treat frozen shoulder patients aged 45 – 55 years old. The researcher used the experimental method on (24) frozen shoulder patients aged 45 – 55 years old. The researcher concluded that the proposed device along with the exercises positively affect the treatment and rehabilitation of frozen shoulder
The researcher also concluded that rehabilitation was fast and accurate due to the success of the device. Finally she recommended using the device with the exercises in rehabilitation programs in all rehabilitation centers
