The data was collected and treated using SPSS to conclude that the training program lead to significant improvement in balance in senior women aged 55 – 65 years old and reduced the risks of future fall injuries as well as using Motion Guidance ® for external attention orientation developed balance in senior women. The results also showed that developing lower extremities increase motor performance stability and the control over daily movement. Finally the researcher recommended the necessity of spreading physical activity awareness in seniors to reduce the risk of chronic diseases as well as using resistance training along with physical fitness programs. In addition to that, the researcher recommended increasing weekly training sessions to all days of the week to achieve better results and making similar studies on active and inactive seniors as well as other age groups.
