The Tennis Academy of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Baghdad continues to conduct regular training sessions in an enthusiastic environment, with active participation from its members. The programme aims to develop players\u2019 technical and physical abilities and improve their overall tennis performance.<\/h6>\n
The training sessions include a variety of exercises focusing on the fundamentals of tennis, including serving and receiving, forehand and backhand strokes, court movement, physical fitness, speed, and motor coordination.<\/h6>\n
The academy\u2019s coaching staff closely monitors the players and provides the necessary technical guidance to strengthen their abilities and develop their talents, while also promoting discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork.<\/h6>\n
These sessions are part of the academy\u2019s ongoing programme to prepare skilled players for upcoming tournaments and sporting competitions.<\/h6>\n
