The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Baghdad discussed a doctoral thesis by Rasoul Faleh Muhalhal, entitled \u201cThe Effect of G.A.G Training on Selected Physical Abilities and Tactical Performance Speed among Under-16 Football Players.\u201d<\/h6>\n
The study aimed to develop G.A.G-based training exercises for under-16 football players and examine their effects on selected physical abilities and the speed of tactical performance.<\/h6>\n
The importance of the study lies in developing and organizing training units based on the G.A.G approach to improve players\u2019 physical abilities and tactical performance speed in line with the demands of modern football competition. The approach was adopted to improve training processes, correct performance errors, and help players achieve higher levels of performance during matches.<\/h6>\n
The researcher concluded that G.A.G training contributed to improving the physical abilities and tactical performance speed of the experimental group. The study recommends incorporating G.A.G-based exercises into football training programmes and increasing the number of repetitions to enhance players\u2019 mastery of their tactical responsibilities.<\/h6>\n
