The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Baghdad discussed a doctoral dissertation by Muhannad Qasim Saad, entitled \u201cCognitive Flexibility and Its Role in the Effectiveness of Creative Performance among Physical Education Teachers in Secondary Schools from the Supervisors\u2019 Perspective.\u201d<\/h6>\n
The study aimed to develop and standardize measures of cognitive flexibility and creative work effectiveness, and to examine the relationship between the two among physical education teachers, based on the perspectives of specialized and technical educational supervisors in Baghdad\u2019s education directorates.<\/h6>\n
The significance of the research lies in examining cognitive flexibility and creative work effectiveness among physical education teachers and identifying the relationship between them, with the aim of supporting the development of the educational process and improving teaching practices.<\/h6>\n
The researcher concluded that cognitive flexibility contributes to shaping teachers\u2019 professional behaviour and enhances their ability to think, generate alternatives, and respond effectively to changing educational situations. The findings also indicated that some physical education teachers in secondary schools continue to rely on traditional teaching methods, which may limit creative effectiveness and negatively affect educational performance.<\/h6>\n
