Exercises on Selected Physical and Motor Abilities and Tactical Skills of Under-21 Football Defenders.\u201d<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">The study aimed to design S.A.Q. exercises for under-21 football defenders and examine their effect on selected physical and motor abilities and defensive tactical skills. The exercises were intended to address defensive situations during attacks, particularly counterattacks, which require high levels of speed and agility.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">The study employed an experimental design involving experimental and control groups with pre- and post-tests. Its significance lies in providing coaches with S.A.Q.-based agility exercises that can contribute to improving defensive tactical performance.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">The researcher concluded that S.A.Q. exercises contributed to developing several physical abilities among under-21 football defenders, particularly sprinting speed, reaction speed, and explosive strength.
