The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Baghdad discussed a master\u2019s thesis by Bilal Omar Mahmoud entitled \u201cThe Effect of Sequential Exercises According to Defined Spaces on Some Physical, Functional, and Skill Abilities of Under-16 Football Players.\u201d<\/h6>\n
The study aimed to examine the impact of sequential exercises performed within defined training spaces on developing physical, functional, and skill abilities among under-16 football players. Using an experimental design with control and experimental groups, the researcher implemented an eight-week training program involving players from the Espanyol Football Academy.<\/h6>\n
The results revealed significant improvements in all studied variables among the experimental group, which outperformed the control group in post-tests. The researcher concluded that sequential exercises within defined spaces effectively enhance young players\u2019 physical, functional, and technical performance by increasing training intensity and simulating real match conditions.<\/h6>\n
