The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at University of Baghdad discussed a PhD dissertation by student Omar Waleed Abdulkarim titled: \u201cArtificial Intelligence Exercises Based on the HomeCourt and OnForm Applications and Their Effect on Some Biomechanical Variables and Physical Abilities of Jump Shooting in Under-18 Basketball Players.\u201d<\/h6>\n
The research aimed to identify the effect of AI-based training exercises on developing selected biomechanical variables and physical abilities, including agility and explosive power, as well as improving jump-shot accuracy from inside and outside the arc.<\/h6>\n
The study highlighted the growing role of artificial intelligence in sports performance analysis and the development of training programs based on precise motion analysis. Basketball, particularly jump shooting, requires the integration of physical, technical, and biomechanical abilities for successful offensive performance.<\/h6>\n
The findings concluded that AI-supported exercises effectively improve physical abilities, enhance jump-shooting mechanics, and increase shooting accuracy among young basketball players.<\/h6>\n
