As part of the seminar and scientific conference plan of the Theoretical Sciences Branch, an applied panel discussion was conducted for a group of college students, presented by Abeer Talib Abdulmajid and Shirin Abdulmunim at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Baghdad, under the title \u201cConnecting Words and Images Using Verbal and Nonverbal Cues in Communication.\u201d<\/h6>\n
The panel aimed to train students on how to link words with images through the effective use of verbal and nonverbal cues in communication, highlighting their importance in enhancing comprehension, reducing ambiguity, and supporting visual and interactive learning approaches. The session included an explanatory presentation on types of verbal and nonverbal communication, supported by practical examples such as body language, facial expressions, emojis, images, and visual symbols, alongside a discussion of different communication patterns and their role in conveying meaning clearly.<\/h6>\n
The panel also witnessed active student participation through interactive activities designed to transform abstract vocabulary into clear visual meanings, contributing to the development of students\u2019 communication and comprehension skills.<\/h6>\n
