As part of the activities of the second phase of the Football Diploma Training Course (Level A), the Head of the Theoretical Sciences Department at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Prof. Falih Hashim Fanjan, delivered a specialized scientific lecture entitled \u201cRegulation of Training Load and Partial Intensity of Physical and Skill Exercises in Football.\u201d The lecture was attended by a number of coaches and course participants.<\/h6>\n
The lecture addressed the scientific foundations of training load regulation, with a focus on determining the appropriate partial intensity of physical and skill-based exercises in line with the demands of football and the different phases of preparation. It also highlighted mechanisms of scientific planning for training units that contribute to improving players\u2019 physical and technical performance while reducing the risk of injuries.<\/h6>\n
The lecturer emphasized the importance of integrating theoretical knowledge with practical application in the training process, noting the coach\u2019s role in selecting appropriate training loads according to players\u2019 abilities and technical levels to achieve the desired training objectives.<\/h6>\n
The session concluded with active interaction from participants through questions and scientific discussions, which enriched the lecture topics and enhanced the overall academic benefit of the course.
