The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at the University of Baghdad, Prof. Sabah Qasim Khalaf, received today, Tuesday (25 November 2025), the Head of the Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Salah Al-Fatlawi, accompanied by the President of the University of Baghdad, Prof. Baha Ibrahim Ensaf, in an official visit to the college.<\/h6>\n
The meeting included discussions about preparations for launching the official working days at the Colleges of Excellence and Artificial Intelligence, as well as reviewing mechanisms for providing a high-quality academic environment that meets the requirements of the new academic year, in alignment with the University of Baghdad\u2019s vision and the directives of the Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority.<\/h6>\n
Prof. Al-Fatlawi highlighted the importance of ongoing efforts to develop the educational environment, while the President of the University of Baghdad praised the college\u2019s scientific activities and sports events for enhancing the university\u2019s local and international standing.<\/h6>\n
The visit concluded with recommendations and aims to enhance program quality, support infrastructure, promote research, and strengthen academic collaboration. Aligned with Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, SDG 4: Quality Education, and SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and\u00a0Infrastructure.<\/h6>\n
