Prof. Fatima Hameed Kzar (Member)<br \/>\nAsst. Prof. Farah Issam Abdulameer (Member)<br \/>\nProf. Intisar Hameed Rasheed (Member &amp; Supervisor)<br \/>\nAssoc. Prof. Baidaa Razzaq Jawad (Member &amp; Supervisor)<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">The study highlighted the significance of medial deltoid ligament tears as common sports injuries that affect balance and stability, limiting athletes\u2019 performance in sports such as football, basketball, and handball. The researcher aimed to design rehabilitation exercises using an Anti-Gravity Treadmill and measure their effects on range of motion, muscle strength, balance, and functional performance.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">The findings showed that exercises performed with the Anti-Gravity Treadmill positively improved ankle flexibility, muscular strength, balance, and movement performance, contributing to a faster and safer return to sports. The study emphasized the importance of integrating this modern technology into rehabilitation programs for ankle injuries.
