The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences \u2013 University of Baghdad \u2013 witnessed the defense of the master\u2019s thesis by Dhurgham Jaber Jasim entitled:<\/h6>\n
\u201cThe Role of Practicing Administrative Transparency by School Principals in the Job Motivation of Physical Education Teachers.\u201d<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
The examination committee consisted of:<\/h6>\n

\u2022Assoc. Prof. Mohammed Jaber Kazem \/ Member<\/h6>\n
\u2022Asst. Prof. Laila Abdulameer Ibrahim \/ Member<\/h6>\n
\u2022Assoc. Prof. Thamer Hamad Rajah \/ Member and Supervisor<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
The research highlights the importance of administrative transparency in Iraqi schools and the need to establish this principle as a foundation for aligning school leadership with administrative structures, ensuring long-term planning, academic reputation, and effective staff management.<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
The researcher concluded that administrative transparency is one of the key factors contributing to enhancing job motivation. Physical education teachers, due to the unique nature of their work (activities, outdoor programs, less formal evaluations), are particularly sensitive to issues of fairness, and any administrative bias becomes more visible.<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
The study recommends that school administrations adopt the dimensions of administrative transparency (information, participation, accountability, procedures, communication, performance evaluation) to strengthen school reputation, shape future strategies, and manage risks. It further advises holding seminars, training programs, and workshops to promote dialogue between administration and teachers in order to develop effective future plans.<\/h6>\n

This research aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals: Quality Education, Decent Work and Economic Growth, and Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.<\/h6>\n
