The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Baghdad held a PhD dissertation defense for student Zainab Basel Jawad, titled \u201cThe Effect of Exercises Using Visual Techniques on Certain Special Motor Abilities and the Electromyographic Activity of Some Limb Muscles During Skill Performance in Young Fencers.\u201d<\/h6>\n

The significance of the study lies in the growing role of information and communication technologies in enhancing access to knowledge across all scientific fields, particularly in sports training. Modern training philosophies have increasingly integrated electronic tools, expanding the responsibilities of educators and trainers in contemporary athletic environments.<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
The research aimed to:<\/h6>\n
\u2022Investigate the effect of visually guided exercises on specific motor abilities in fencers under 20.<\/h6>\n
\u2022Assess the impact of these exercises on the electrical activity of certain limb muscles during the lunge movement.<\/h6>\n
\u2022Compare post-test results between the experimental and control groups in both motor performance and electromyographic activity during skill execution.<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
The study concluded that integrating visual training techniques and virtual reality technologies significantly improved the motor abilities of the experimental group compared to the control group.<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
The researcher recommended adopting visual technology-based training in both educational and athletic settings, emphasizing the importance of keeping pace with modern technological advancements to optimize training effectiveness.<\/h6>\n
