The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Baghdad discussed a doctoral dissertation by the student Raja Abdulhussein Aziz titled \u201cA proposed model for evaluating the performance and functional effectiveness of physical education teachers from the perspective of sports activity departments in Iraqi education directorates.\u201d<\/h6>\n
The study aimed to design a model for assessing the performance and functional effectiveness of physical education teachers and to standardize an administrative performance scale based on the views of sports activity departments across Iraq\u2019s general education directorates. It also sought to identify the current level of administrative performance among these teachers.<\/h6>\n
The researcher concluded that the administrative performance of physical education teachers is effective. He also found that technical supervisors regularly visit schools, focus on managing time efficiently, and show significant dedication to supporting teachers. Additionally, the sports activity and scouting departments in Iraq\u2019s education directorates maintain high efficiency in continuously improving school performance.<\/h6>\n
This research supports sustainable development by enhancing the quality of education, improving institutional performance, and promoting inclusive and effective teaching\u00a0practices.<\/h6>\n
