This study is significant in its scientific and methodological attempt to identify the key physiological and biochemical responses during competitive boxing rounds. It utilized statistical analyses and precise measurements of variables such as:<\/h6>\n
\u2022Heart rate (HR-Bpm)<\/h6>\n
\u2022Diastolic blood pressure (DIA)<\/h6>\n
\u2022Systolic blood pressure (SYS)<\/h6>\n
\u2022Respiratory frequency (RF)<\/h6>\n
\u2022Key biochemical markers including cortisol, testosterone, and triiodothyronine (T3) levels.<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
The researcher concluded that young boxers need to maintain optimal heart rate levels and further develop their cardiovascular and respiratory systems in line with their training age and competitive requirements. The findings also showed significant differences in hormone concentrations across different rounds, underlining the physical stress of the sport.<\/h6>\n

The study aimed to assess the impact of maximum physical exertion on these variables and to compare physiological and biochemical responses between rest periods and active rounds.<\/h6>\n
This research contributes to SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being and SDG 4: Quality Education, by enhancing scientific understanding of performance-related stress in sports and improving athlete training programs based on physiological evidence.<\/h6>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
