A master\u2019s thesis by student Enas Khalid Rasheed, titled \u201cAn Analytical Study of Some Physiological Variables and Offensive Skill Endurance During the Specialized Preparation Phase for Advanced Players of the National Badminton Team\u201d, was discussed at the College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences, University of Baghdad.<\/h6>\n

\u2022Prof. Dr. Luay Hassan Shakir \u2013 Member<\/h6>\n
\u2022Asst. Prof. Dr. Hasanein Salah Wahab \u2013 Member<\/h6>\n
\u2022Prof. Dr. Mohammed Jawad Kadhim \u2013 Member and Supervisor<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
The study aimed to design tests to assess offensive skill endurance in advanced badminton players, identify values of key physiological variables, and measure how the specialized preparation phase affects those variables and offensive skill endurance. The researcher employed a descriptive approach, as it closely aligns with the nature of the research problem.<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
Results showed a notable improvement in both physical and skill performance after the specialized training phase, highlighting the effectiveness of the implemented training program. The improvement emphasized the importance of training methods that simulate real-game conditions, such as interactive drills and competition-based scenarios.<\/h6>\n
<\/h6>\n
Based on the findings, the researcher recommends incorporating anaerobic endurance training methods, such as High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), to increase the body\u2019s ability to tolerate lactic acid buildup and delay muscle fatigue during intense exertion.<\/h6>\n
