The program was organized by the University of Baghdad \u2013 Center for Continuing Education and included five training courses covering legal skills, personal skills, administrative skills, governance skills, and financial skills.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">This participation reflects the college\u2019s ongoing efforts to develop administrative staff and enhance their professional competencies. The training courses aim to foster the exchange of expertise with peers from similar educational institutions and to explore best modern administrative practices.
