On Wednesday, April 30, 2025, the Higher Committee discussed the outstanding graduation research projects of fourth-year students for the academic year 2024\u20132025 at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Baghdad. The event was held in the main discussion hall and attended by the Dean of the College, Prof. Sabah Qasim Khalaf, Prof. Alaa Mohsen Yasser, Head of the Team Sports Branch, along with a group of faculty members and students. Six distinguished research projects were discussed by a committee consisting of: Prof. Thaer Dawood Salman (Chair), Prof. Zahra Shehab Ahmed, Prof. Hamed Saleh Mahdi, Prof. Abdulkarim Fadel Abbas, and Prof. Ahmed Thamer Mohsen.<\/h6>\n
This year\u2019s research discussions witnessed remarkable performance from several students who demonstrated a high level of scientific creativity and academic commitment. The top-performing students received praise from the committee for the quality of their research, methodological precision, and analytical capabilities. The first place was awarded to Bassem Mohammed Hassan, second place to Ali Riyadh Yassin and Ali Fadel Abbas, and third place to Harith Zaki and Ahmed Faraj Youssef.<\/h6>\n
The committee expressed admiration for the quality of the presentations, affirming that the top students are honorable examples of the college\u2019s academic excellence. This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education .<\/h6>\n
