As part of the planning and studies unit\u2019s agenda at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences \u2013 University of Baghdad, a special lecture was held for students titled \u201cThe Phenomenon of Smoking and Prevention Methods\u201d, delivered by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Adnan Kazem.<\/h6>\n
The lecture aimed to raise students\u2019 awareness about the phenomenon of smoking, highlight the reasons behind its spread, and educate them on its harmful effects\u2014physically, psychologically, and socially. It also focused on clarifying prevention methods and encouraging healthier lifestyle choices among students.<\/h6>\n
This initiative supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in promoting good health and well-being, quality education, and awareness for healthy\u00a0communities.<\/h6>\n
