Prof. Ahlam Shughati Mohsen \u2013 Member<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2022Asst. Prof. Sabah Mahdi Salih \u2013 Member<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2022 Prof. Haider Faeq Al-Shammaa \u2013 Member and Supervisor<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The study emphasizes the effectiveness of discus throwing techniques, noting that many training programs lack structured load programming according to technical stages and biomechanical analysis. The research highlights the importance of using resistance training based on slope type with a net barrier, aligning mechanical workload with the shortest time frame required for these events. This approach enhances muscular strength during performance by replicating competitive movement patterns.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The study aimed to:<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2022 Develop a net system to help determine the discus launch angle.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2022Construct a tartan surface with varying slopes (forward and backward) for discus throwing.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2022Design resistance training programs based on slope type with a net barrier for discus throwers.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2022Evaluate the impact of this training method on specific physical abilities, launch variables, and overall performance.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">Findings and Recommendations:<\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">The researcher concluded that incorporating resistance training into track and field programs plays a vital role in improving performance.
