The first volunteer campaign for the 2024\/2025 academic year was launched in the presence of the Assistant University President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Suhail Najm Abdullah, and the Dean of the College, Prof. Sabah Qasim Khalaf, who also serves as the Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Volunteer Work in the College.<\/p>\n

The campaign, organized by the committee of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Baghdad, was carried out in collaboration with the college\u2019s faculty and staff. On Thursday, November 30, 2024, they conducted a visit to the Al-Salihiyah Childhood Orphanage, which houses 50 orphans (20 girls and 30 boys) ranging from newborns to six years old.<\/p>\n

The campaign provided the orphanage with essential supplies, including food items and toys for the children. The Supreme Committee for Volunteer Work at the college organizes similar campaigns annually to support various segments of the community.<\/p>\n
