A master\u2019s thesis was discussed at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences\/ University of Baghdad, for the student Ahmed Qasim Hussein. The thesis, titled \u201cThe Impact of a Guide Program on Developing Motivation towards Playing Volleyball among Intermediate School Students,\u201d is specialized in sports psychology\/ volleyball. The discussion committee consisted of:<\/p>\n

– Prof. Dr. Bidaya Kailan Mahmoud \/ Chair
\n– Assoc. Prof. Dr. Montathar Sahib Mahdi \/ Member
\n– Assist. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Hamza Shaheeb \/ Member
\n– Prof. Dr. Samah Noor al-Din Issa \/ Member and Supervisor
\n– Prof. Dr. Jinan Naji Zwayin \/ Member and Supervisor<\/p>\n

The research’s significance lies in developing a guide program using reality therapy techniques and creating a scale to enhance motivation towards playing volleyball for intermediate students at Al-Mustafa School for Boys. The purpose of the guide sessions was to boost motivation to engage in volleyball.<\/p>\n

The research question addressed was:
\nCan motivation towards playing volleyball for intermediate students be enhanced through the prepared advisory program?<\/p>\n

The study aimed to identify the motivation levels among students using a scale developed by the researcher and to create an advisory program using reality therapy techniques to improve motivation towards volleyball.<\/p>\n

The researcher concluded several points, including the presence of many first-year intermediate students at a low motivation level towards playing volleyball. The prepared advisory program had a positive impact on increasing motivation among intermediate students.<\/p>\n
